Where is the Data sourced from within DatabaseUSA?
Our Consumer Data is sourced from hundreds of sources, largely falling within four categories which are the following:
- Utility connection information
- Public records information such as deed or mortgage records
- Self-reported information such as survey responses, warranty card information, and other product response information
- Transnational information such as magazine subscriptions and purchase histories based upon frequent buy cards
Charitable Giving: The information regarding charitable giving is obtained from Partners specializing in charitable contributions and other types of donations.
Religious Affiliation/ Education Level: This data is self-reported from online surveys and questionnaire's.
Marital Status: This information comes from self-reported data surveys and county public data and census data.
Discretionary income: This is modeled based on several elements such as home value/ income/ loan to value etc.
Vehicles: This information comes from vehicle warranty registrations as well as compiled DMV data.
Home Values: Is derived from a source that is competitive with Zillor where true Market Value is provided.
Unsecured Credit Capacity: A model based upon the same components as the discretionary income.
