Step 1: Prepare the file
The first step to using iWave screening is to download the Template. When you are filling out the template, it is important to remember not to delete, add or rearrange the columns in the template. If you do not have information for a specific column, leave this blank and move on to the next.

Step 2: Settings
To adjust your Capacity, Propensity and Affinity leave these boxes checked so you can view the set defaults and adjust as needed. Do you have a lot of time to verify your results? Selecting Yes will run the file at a confidence level of 3.4 while selecting No will run your file at a confidence level of 4.1. (it is recommended that you try 3-4 names at each level to see which results you prefer)

Step 3:PROscore Settings
Click on the next Button, and you will have the Capacity and Affinity settings that you can adjust. As well as the weights assigned to each of the 3 categories.

Step 4: Uploading
Upload your file. This file must be saved in .csv format in order for it to be accepted. Click on the Submit Button.

Step 6: Click to Process file.
Once the screening file is ready to submit, you will receive an email and a pop-up notification within iWave that you can continue on to the next step, which is clicking on the (Click to Process File link)

Step 7: Submit
Approve the summary of your project by clicking on the button beside ' I approve the chosen settings...' and then click on Submit.

It can take 24- 48 hours for the screening project to return. Files are processed in order of arrival. If you are running files, with 50 or fewer names it is recommended that you use the Create Multiple features that are found under the PROfiles button.
