The RFM Score (Which stands for Recency, Frequency and Monetary), is an internal analysis of the current relationship you have with your prospect based off of giving data to your organization.
You can obtain this score in two ways:
1) When submitting names for Screening, you can add the information in the template we provide, under the following columns -
· 1) Total Gift Count
· 2) Total Gift Amount
· 3) Last Gift Date
2) When you are in an individuals’ PROfile, scroll down to the sub-tabs at the bottom and click on the Internal Giving Tab. The fields with the asterisk (*) is what we require to be filled out.
Once finished, go to the Refresh Score Icon (Which is below the PRO Score Rating) to have it calculated.
To view the RFM scores go back to the sub-tabs below and click on the PROscore tab. (located below the PROscore Rating).
